🕒 Check-in

Your reserved room, suite or apartment will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 8:00 pm, you will receive a key code by email or telephone.

🚪 Check-out

Please vacate your room, suite or apartment by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.

🛎️ Reception

Our staff are available for you daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

👨‍👩‍👧 Travelling with Children

Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge in their parents' bed. From the age of 4, an extra bed is available for your child for €18 per person/day, excluding breakfast.

🚲 Bicycle Garage

We have a lockable bicycle garage available for bicycles.

🧾 Payment

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card or with all major credit cards.

💆 Wellness & Relaxation

The Schwarzwaldhotel Gengenbach features an indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and a small activity room. Adults-only swimming pool hours: 7:00–9:00 am and 5:00–9:00 pm. Bathrobes and slippers can be hired from the hotel for a fee.

🎫 KONUS Guest Card

Upon registration, you will receive the Black Forest Guest Card, which allows you to travel free of charge by bus and train throughout the Black Forest and enjoy various discounts.

🏡 Tourist Tax

Adults: €3.00 per day.
Children aged 6–15: €1.00 per day.
The tourist tax is charged separately.

🔌 Electric Vehicle Charging Station

Three charging points are available to our guests. Charging cards are available at reception and the cost will be added to your hotel bill.

🐶 Dogs

Your four-legged companions are very welcome. Please inform us before your arrival. We charge €18 per day for dogs. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, breakfast room or relaxation area.
