What room categories does the hotel offer?

We offer Standard Rooms, Comfort Rooms, Apartments and Suites.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking and feature a shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, minibar, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony. Comfort Rooms also include a bathrobe, slippers and a tea station. Overnight guests enjoy complimentary access to the indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness area, Wi-Fi, parking and our pillow menu.

Are accessible rooms available?

Yes, accessible rooms are available.

Do the rooms have a balcony?

Yes, all rooms feature a private balcony.

Are children welcome and are family rooms available?

Yes, children are welcome and family-friendly rooms are available.

Are dogs allowed at the hotel?

Yes, dogs are welcome for an additional charge of €18 per day and must be registered in advance. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or breakfast room.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. Check-out is until 11:00 am.

Is late check-out available?

Yes, late check-out is available until 2:00 pm for an additional charge.

Is late check-in after 9:00 pm possible?

Yes. You will receive a code for our key box to collect your room key.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

We offer rates both with and without breakfast.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. Cancellations made 3 to 2 days before arrival incur an 80% charge, 1 day before arrival 90%, and on the day of arrival 100%.

How can I pay?

You can pay on site either in cash or by card.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Yes, extending or shortening your stay is possible upon request.

What happens in the event of overbooking?

We will arrange equivalent alternative accommodation.

Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
The hotel bar is open afterwards.

Yes. Our kitchen team is happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly dietary requirements.

Can non-residents join for breakfast?

Yes. Please reserve your breakfast table by phone in advance.

The KONUS Guest Card allows you to travel free of charge on buses and regional trains throughout the entire Black Forest.
