The Schwarzwaldhotel Gengenbach is located in the heart of the Middle Black Forest and it is still very easy to reach by car or train. From the hotel it is only a short walk to the old town of Gengenbach, the train station or the surrounding Black Forest.

Driving directions
From A5 Karlsruhe – from the south (Basel)
Exit the highway at Offenburg and follow the B33 towards Villingen-Schwenningen, Gengenbach. Take the „Gengenbach Mitte“ exit. Turn left at the stop sign onto Berghauptener Straße. You will find our hotel on the right-hand side, directly after the traffic light (approx. 800 metres) (In der Börsiglache 4).
From A81 Stuttgart – from the south (Singen)
Take the exit „Gengenbach Mitte“. Take the second road on your right towards Gengenbach (“Berghauptener Straße”). After approx. 200 meters, directly after the traffic light, you will find us on the right-hand side (In der Börsiglache 4).
Parking
We have a spacious parking lot (free of charge) with over 60 parking spaces directly in front of the hotel.
Arrival by Train
Regional trains run regularly between Gengenbach and Karlsruhe, Konstanz, Offenburg or Freudenstadt.
- The Schwarzwaldbahn-Linie Karlsruhe Hbf – Konstanz runs every other hour.
- Hourly you can take the SWEG-Linie Bad Griesbach - Offenburg – Freudenstadt Hbf.
- Train schedules are provided by the Deutsche Bahn at www.bahn.de.
